• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In is from 2pm.

  Check out is before 12.00.
  
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  American Buffet breakfast included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
  
  
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
  
  
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The restaurant, located in a large loft renovated preserving the pre-existing industrial architecture style,        is a refined environment with a strong personality, unique in the beauty of the space, where light plays       a leading role together with the cuisine.

• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have TV. We have several national and international TV channels, Satellite Tv, Pay Tv.
  
  
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets allowed.
  
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is not free shuttle service. Private transfers can be arranged at extra cost at the Reception Desk.
  
  
• Is there a free shuttle service for the fairs?
  There is a  free shuttle service for the main trade fairs held at the new Pero-Rho Trade Fair Centre
   
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The stop of tram n. 1, 14, 19, 33 in front of the hotel; you can easily reach the city centre and the Central Station.
  
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an internet point in the lobby available for our Guests. Wi-Fi & high speed connection in all rooms, public areas and meeting rooms.
