der mobile W-Lan Stick ist super für Touristen aus dem Ausland. Hat uns sehr geholfen. vielen Dank! hatte ich bisher in noch keinem Hotel als Service-Leistung - absolut positiv hervorzuheben!

We were enormously happy with the service overall, particularly at the front desk and for breakfast and dinners at Sophia's. Front desk people masterfully handled multiple arrivals and requests, always with a smile and without showing stress. We loved the arty aesthetics of the restaurant and ground floor public areas and the variety of places to sit/converse/read/people watch. I saw the spa and liked it very much, but ran out of time to book any treatments.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic apart from 2 things. First was the WiFi which was intermittent at best, and the second was the shower, which needs a proper thermostatic bat mixer tab as I alternated between freezing and boiling water.
